Effective 1 September 2026. Using EveryLLM means you agree to these terms.
EveryLLM is a routing gateway. You connect provider API keys and, if you choose, your own consumer subscriptions (Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Kimi, Grok, and compatible hosts). Agents call one public URL. We translate Anthropic Messages and OpenAI Chat Completions, including streaming, and may transform to Responses for some backends. We do not sell another party’s quota or resell tokens.
You must provide a working email and keep credentials secret. API keys minted in the console authenticate traffic as you. You are responsible for clients that use those keys and for the upstream provider terms of every backend you attach (including consumer-plan terms that may restrict unofficial clients).
Email verification is required before /v1 keys work. We may disable an account for abuse, non-payment (when billing exists), or risk to the service. The last active operator cannot delete that operator account.
Do not attack the gateway, scrape other tenants, share an account’s OAuth tokens, attempt to use another user’s keys, or route unlawful content. Do not present EveryLLM as the upstream provider. Rate limits and per-key caps may apply.
The product currently runs on a Free plan with no token paywall. If paid plans launch, charges are for EveryLLM access — not for upstream tokens. Fees, if any, will be shown at checkout (Stripe). Taxes are extra where required. We may change Free limits with notice on the site.
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant gateway uptime, Cloudflare or origin availability, or the behavior of Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Moonshot, or other backends you connect. Protocol quirks, model deprecations, and OAuth changes at those providers can break a route without EveryLLM being at fault.
EveryLLM’s software, site, and marks are ours. Prompts, completions, and provider credentials you send remain yours (and subject to the upstream). You grant us a limited license to process that traffic solely to provide the router.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, or for amounts above what you paid us for the service in the prior three months (zero while the product is Free). Some places do not allow these limits; they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
